Andrew Sacks and John Weston have practiced law together since 1984. At the start of 2012, the firm combined with the existing Philadelphia practice of Petrelli Law, P.C. through Thomas J. Petrelli, Jr., to form the new partnership of Sacks, Weston, and Petrelli, LLC. Today, Sacks, Weston, and Petrelli focuses its practice on business and family law while maintaining its roots in class action and mass tort law. In 2013, Sacks, Weston & Petrelli, LLC added Scott E. Diamond to the practice expanding their practice into the legal fields of personal injury and medical malpractice.
